At VunjaBei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Receive Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation within 24 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and send it to our return address, or drop it off at our Dar es Salaam store.
Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 - 5 business days.
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or product? Follow the same return process. Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
💳 Refund Method
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
⚠️ Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
