The VunjaBei Story
VUNJABEI (T) GROUP LIMITED is an East African company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania dealing with supply, distribution and sales of casual, official, sports apparel and merchandise for both adults, teenagers and children.
The company was established in 2016 as a sole proprietorship and thereafter in September of 2018 was incorporated under the Company's Act of 2002 as a LIMITED company.
VunjaBei is managed by a team of young enterprising individuals led by the C.E.O, Mr. Fred Fabian Ngajiro who has over 10 years' experience working in the fashion industry.

Fred Fabian Ngajiro
Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of Vunjabei (T) Group Limited. He previously served as a Credit Analyst at Real People Business Finance Limited and as a Finance Management Analyst at the National Institute for Productivity under the Prime Minister Office. He also served as a Senior Operations Officer at the Ministry of Agriculture (AGIFF). Mr. Ngajiro holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam and an MBA in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University.
Raymond Mlawa
Chief Operating Officer
Over 10 years of experience in banking, finance, and business management. His career spans financial analysis, operational management, and business strategy, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Dr. Juma Makaranga
Head of Business Development
A certified industrial policy expert and international business management specialist. Currently serves as Director of Partnership, Investment and Resource Mobilization at the Agricultural Transformation Office (ATO) of Tanzania (IFAD/UN). Holds a PhD in International Business Management from the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, an MBA from Mzumbe University, and a BSc in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam.
