Mr. Fred is a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vunjabei (T) Group Limited
and prior to this, He has worked with Real People Business Finance Limited as
Credit Analyst, National Institute for Productivity under Ministry of the Labour
and Employment as Management Analyst-Finance and Agricultural Inputs Trust
Fund (AGITF) under Ministry of Agriculture as Senior Operations Officer.
Mr. Fred is a Holder of Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
specializing in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University and a Bachelor of
Commerce and Management specializing in Finance from University of Dar es
Salaam. He speaks fluent English and Swahili
The company director is a business person with several years of experience in
sales and marketing.

His strong background in finance, coupled with experience in leading diverse teams, has allowed him to consistently exceed organizational goals.

Responsible for managing a team of 200+ employees across multiple departments, implementing innovative cost-saving initiatives, and increasing annual revenue by 25% over a two-year period. he has led organizational shifts to agile methodologies and developed a strong data-driven decision-making culture within which have resulted in increased efficiency and profitability.
