Delivery within Dar es Salaam typically takes 1 - 2 business days. Other major cities take 3 - 5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping is free on all orders over Sh 150,000. Standard delivery within Dar es Salaam is Sh 3,000. Other areas range from Sh 5,000 - Sh 8,000.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking reference via SMS or email. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Currently we deliver within Tanzania only. International shipping is being planned for the near future.
Our courier will attempt to contact you. If you are unavailable, a re-delivery will be arranged at no extra cost.
You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Yes, exchanges for a different size or colour are available subject to stock. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
